{"id":19289,"date":"2026-03-01T23:54:53","date_gmt":"2026-03-02T05:54:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rgvbusinessjournal.com\/news\/15\/07\/2026\/roma-consigue-15-millones-de-dolares-para-rehabilitar-una-antigua-planta-de-tratamiento-de-aguas\/"},"modified":"2026-07-15T16:02:46","modified_gmt":"2026-07-15T21:02:46","slug":"roma-consigue-15-millones-de-dolares-para-rehabilitar-una-antigua-planta-de-tratamiento-de-aguas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rgvbusinessjournal.com\/es\/news\/01\/03\/2026\/roma-consigue-15-millones-de-dolares-para-rehabilitar-una-antigua-planta-de-tratamiento-de-aguas\/","title":{"rendered":"Roma consigue 15 millones de d\u00f3lares para rehabilitar una antigua planta de tratamiento de aguas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El Ayuntamiento de Roma ha conseguido una subvenci\u00f3n estatal de 15 millones de d\u00f3lares para reparar y modernizar su planta de tratamiento de agua, que tiene 30 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La Junta de Desarrollo Hidr\u00e1ulico de Texas aprob\u00f3 la financiaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del Fondo Rotatorio Estatal para el Agua Potable, un programa que ayuda a las ciudades a sufragar las mejoras en sus redes de abastecimiento de agua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades municipales han afirmado que el proyecto permitir\u00e1 recuperar la capacidad total de la planta para tratar 5,15 millones de galones de agua al d\u00eda, lo que es suficiente para satisfacer la demanda actual y hacer frente al crecimiento futuro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-most-of-the-funding-does-not-have-to-be-repaid\"><strong>La mayor parte de la financiaci\u00f3n no tiene que devolverse<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La ciudad est\u00e1 recibiendo importantes ayudas en forma de subvenciones y pr\u00e9stamos a bajo inter\u00e9s para reducir la carga financiera que soportan los contribuyentes locales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">De los 15 005 492 d\u00f3lares aprobados, 9,57 millones de d\u00f3lares se condonar\u00e1n y no habr\u00e1 que devolverlos. Otros 1,72 millones de d\u00f3lares se conceder\u00e1n en forma de pr\u00e9stamo sin intereses, y 3,71 millones de d\u00f3lares se conceder\u00e1n en forma de pr\u00e9stamo a bajo inter\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los representantes municipales calculan que la estructura de financiaci\u00f3n tambi\u00e9n supondr\u00e1 un ahorro de unos 3 millones de d\u00f3lares en gastos por intereses a lo largo del tiempo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-will-be-fixed\"><strong>Qu\u00e9 se va a solucionar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La planta de tratamiento de agua tiene unos 30 a\u00f1os.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El proyecto consistir\u00e1 en sustituir y reparar los principales componentes de todo el sistema, desde el punto en el que el agua sin tratar entra en la planta hasta los equipos que suministran el agua tratada a los hogares y las empresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Las autoridades afirman que las mejoras aumentar\u00e1n la fiabilidad y reducir\u00e1n el riesgo de interrupciones en el servicio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La empresa de ingenier\u00eda eHT ayud\u00f3 al ayuntamiento a preparar la solicitud de financiaci\u00f3n y a estructurar el paquete financiero.
