La vivienda, de tres dormitorios y dos ba\u00f1os, que inclu\u00eda electrodom\u00e9sticos gratuitos, tiene una superficie de 1.267 pies cuadrados en una parcela de 5.445 pies cuadrados y fue construida por Storybrooke Homes LLC en 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La primavera sigue siendo una \u00e9poca del a\u00f1o muy popular entre los compradores de vivienda, y en febrero los tipos hipotecarios cayeron por debajo del 6 % por primera vez en tres a\u00f1os.
