Conocido como Starship Park, o Edificio 42, se prev\u00e9 que el proyecto propuesto tenga un coste de 13,8 millones de d\u00f3lares e incluya un monumento y un edificio de servicios.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Se prev\u00e9 que las obras comiencen el 16 de febrero y se prolonguen hasta finales de agosto. Seg\u00fan los registros, AE7 Partners, con sede en Austin, se encarga del dise\u00f1o del parque.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los nuevos cargadores de Tesla se instalar\u00e1n frente a la Oficina de Turismo de South Padre Island, en el n\u00famero 321 de Padre Boulevard. Est\u00e1 previsto que el proyecto est\u00e9 terminado en junio.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tambi\u00e9n hay un par de almacenes pertenecientes a CHCL Enterprises LLC, arrendatario del Puerto de Brownsville, por un valor total de 800 000 d\u00f3lares, situados a lo largo de North Indiana Avenue, frente a una de las entradas del puerto, al otro lado de la autopista 511.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">IDEA Public Schools prev\u00e9 destinar 8,1 millones de d\u00f3lares a mejoras en su centro de Weslaco y 8 millones de d\u00f3lares en el de Pharr.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En cuanto al comercio minorista, se va a inaugurar una tienda Psycho Bunny en el centro comercial La Plaza Mall de McAllen, una de Crumbl Cookies en Harlingen, y hay planes para abrir un Bath &amp; Body Works y un McDonald&#x27;s en Edinburg.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En Weslaco, el promotor inmobiliario de San Antonio Birju Patel, de BH Hospitality Management, tiene previsto construir un hotel Hilton Home2Suites en el n\u00famero 2300 de Pike Boulevard, al este de Milanos Road, en el lado sur de la autopista 83.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Seg\u00fan los documentos de planificaci\u00f3n, el coste estimado del hotel, de 63 202 pies cuadrados, ascender\u00eda a 3,1 millones
