han bombardeado con preguntas a los responsables de selecci\u00f3n de personal de m\u00e1s de 25 empresas diferentes del Valle del R\u00edo Grande sobre los puestos vacantes en el Centro Recreativo Conmemorativo Jos\u00e9 \u00abPepe\u00bb Salinas, en Pharr.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Una de las personas que buscaba incorporarse al mercado laboral por primera vez era Valeria P\u00e9rez, natural de McAllen, una joven de 18 a\u00f1os que se gradu\u00f3 en mayo en un instituto del distrito escolar local.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">P\u00e9rez afirm\u00f3 que, aunque se imagina un futuro como electricista comercial instalando cableado en centros comerciales y cuenta con un certificado de la Administraci\u00f3n de Seguridad y Salud Ocupacional, no tiene previsto quedarse en el Valle durante los primeros a\u00f1os de su carrera como aprendiz.\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Incluso su mentor, un electricista de la zona con el que le asignaron trabajar en el instituto, le sugiri\u00f3 que quiz\u00e1 tuviera que desplazarse fuera del sur de Texas para trabajar hasta que adquiriera m\u00e1s
