El programa se desarrollar\u00e1 de las 11:00 a las 13:30.<\/p><p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Esta delegaci\u00f3n es la m\u00e1s reciente de las varias que el instituto ha creado en todo Texas, y su creaci\u00f3n refleja la valoraci\u00f3n de que el Valle ha pasado a pertenecer a una categor\u00eda econ\u00f3mica diferente. Brian God\u00ednez, presidente de la <a href=\"https:\/\/I-LinCP.org\">delegaci\u00f3n<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/I-LinCP.org\">de I-LinCP en el Valle del R\u00edo Grande,<\/a> afirm\u00f3 que los
