WESLACO, Texas — Plans for a new 7 Brew Coffee drive-thru in Weslaco were filed this month, state records indicate.
The Arkansas-based coffee chain, known for its drive-thru-only kiosks, would expand its Rio Grande Valley presence with the Weslaco site.
The project calls for constructing a pre-fabricated, 541-square-foot building at 905 N. Texas Blvd.
The filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation lists a $1.25 million valuation.
