McALLEN — As the Rio Grande Valley experiences some of the fastest population and economic growth in Texas, a cross-section of business and civic leaders will gather next week to address one of the region’s most pressing questions: how to build infrastructure capable of sustaining that momentum.
Foundations for Tomorrow: Infrastructure Demand for the Rio Grande Valley will take place Wednesday, Nov. 19, at the Embassy Suites McAllen Convention Center.
The event, organized by the Institute for Leadership in Capital Projects (I-LinCP) Rio Grande Valley Chapter, will bring together industry professionals, developers, utility managers, transportation officials, and policymakers for a high-level discussion on how today’s planning decisions will shape the Valley’s future.
Organizers describe the forum as a key venue for dialogue between public agencies and private-sector leaders — an opportunity to align priorities, share expertise, and prepare for the next decade of growth across the border economy.
