Submission Guidelines

Please review the following before submitting your news:

What We Accept:

Press releases related to:
- Local business openings, expansions, and relocations
- Industry awards, recognitions, and certifications
- Executive promotions or new hires
- Economic development initiatives
- Community impact programs and nonprofit collaborations
- Upcoming business-related events (conferences, expos, summits)
Story tips relevant to the Rio Grande Valley’s business ecosystem

What We Do Not Publish:

Overt advertisements or marketing pitches
Content lacking local or business relevance
Incomplete submissions without contact information

Formatting Tips:

Keep press releases under 700 words
Include a suggested headline
List all relevant names, titles, dates, and locations
Attach high-resolution images (JPG or PNG)
If quoting individuals, provide full attribution
