A new emergency medical facility is planned for Palmview, according to a newly registered state filing.
The Palmview Emergency Medical Care Center is slated for construction at 100 Main St. in Palmview, with work expected to begin June 15 and wrap up by June 22, 2027, according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The project carries an estimated cost of about $8.5 million and will include roughly 13,756 square feet of new construction. The filing lists the work as privately funded and intended for private use.
Dallas-based RS Palmview, LLC is listed as the owner. The filing identifies San Antonio-based Stephen A. Meyer as the registered accessibility specialist for the project.
The project is currently listed as registered with the state.
