How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account, please contact us using one of the methods below:

Please include the following information in your request:

1. Your full name

2. The email address associated with your account

3. Optional: Any additional details that may help us verify your identity

Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and begin processing your account deletion.

What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted

When your deletion request is completed, we will remove the following information from our systems:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Company name

• Job title

• Mailing address

• Payment or subscription information (if applicable)

• Any other personal information stored within your account

All associated usage data tied to your account profile will also be deleted.

Information We May Retain

Certain information may be retained for legal, administrative, or security purposes, including:

• Financial transaction records (required by law for tax/audit purposes)

• Logs necessary to maintain system security and prevent fraud

• Data stored in backups (automatically overwritten on routine backup cycles)

Any retained data is securely stored and protected until it is permanently removed according to our retention schedule.

Processing Time

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–30 days.
We will notify you when your request has been completed.
