ACCESS Esperanza Clinic is planning a $1.65 million construction project in Mission, just a few doors down from its existing women’s health clinic on North Conway Avenue.
The nonprofit health care provider plans to build a 4,700-square-foot facility at 1207 N. Conway Ave., according to a project filing registered Oct. 14 with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
ACCESS Esperanza currently operates a women’s health clinic at 1201 N. Conway Ave., making the proposed development a potential expansion or replacement of its existing facility.
The filing does not specify whether the new building will replace the current clinic, accommodate additional services or increase patient capacity.
