Indian technology business Zoho Corporation mostly sells software tools to manufacturers and other companies as enterprise resource planning tools, but the company has expanded to the hardware side of the tech world, its leaders posted on social media.
Zoho owns startup Karuvi Power Tool Systems Ltd., which manufactures hand tools like drills and saws, and the company opened a small factory in 2024.
In June 2026, Zoho revealed its own data center computer server, known as Nathu La, a major venture into the hardware side of the tech world. Those servers could help lower Zoho’s costs to run artificial intelligence models because they’re more efficient and use less power.
Here’s how the company’s plans may play out in the Rio Grande Valley, where it has big plans in Edinburg and Hidalgo County.
