A new freestanding emergency clinic is planned for Mission as part of a more than $2.2 million construction project at The Shoppes at San Marino.
Clear Choice Freestanding Emergency Clinic is slated for an 8,063-square-foot space at 2401 S. Shary Road, Suite 1, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The privately funded project carries an estimated construction cost of $2.24 million.
Plans call for a tenant finish-out of an existing shell space to accommodate the freestanding emergency clinic, according to the filing.
