An $11 million industrial warehouse is planned on property owned by the city of Brownsville, according to a new state construction filing.
The privately funded project calls for construction of a 140,000-square-foot warehouse at 1400 Billy Mitchell Blvd., according to a filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
Construction is scheduled to begin Dec. 1 and be completed by Dec. 31, 2027.
The project, registered Oct. 3 under the name “Billy Mitchell Warehouse,” is described only as an industrial warehouse in the filing. No additional details about the facility’s intended operations are provided.
