Acura of the Rio Grande Valley has a new owner and a new name following the sale of the San Juan dealership.
Bill Bird sold the dealership to Ethan Lee of Lumos Auto Group in a transaction that closed Aug. 19, according to Pinnacle Mergers & Acquisitions, the Texas-based automotive dealership brokerage firm that represented Bird in the sale.
The dealership will now operate as Lumos Acura.
Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed in Pinnacle’s announcement.
