A Florida-based bagel chain with more than 40 locations nationwide is planning its first Rio Grande Valley shop in Edinburg.
Jeff’s Bagel Run plans to invest an estimated $380,000 to renovate a 1,725-square-foot commercial space at 1816 S. McColl Road, Suite 8, according to a project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.
The project, registered Oct. 21, calls for the interior buildout of a previously unfinished tenant space. Existing structural components, concrete flooring and walls separating the space from neighboring businesses will remain in place.
Construction is scheduled to begin Dec. 26 and conclude March 8, 2027, according to the filing.
