A new warehouse business park is being constructed in La Feria, according to state filings.
The $2.5 million project includes two new warehouse buildings with office space and associated parking at 10088 W. Expressway 83. The development covers 31,333 square feet — roughly half the size of a football field — adding new industrial capacity to a key stretch of the city.
The filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation lists Elite Restoration LLC, doing business as Service Master Restoration by Empire, as the project owner.
Construction was scheduled to begin last month, with completion expected by Aug. 14, 2026.
