A new McDonald’s restaurant is coming to Palmview, according to newly filed state construction records.

The project represents a private investment of approximately $750,000 near the intersection of U.S. 83 Frontage Road and North Farm-to-Market Road 429 — an area that has continued to see commercial and residential growth in recent years.

Records filed with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation show construction is scheduled to begin June 1, 2027, with completion anticipated by Dec. 12, 2027.

Plans call for construction of a 4,146-square-foot McDonald’s restaurant.

McDonald’s is listed as the project owner. Castles Design Group is identified as the project’s design firm.

No general contractor or tenant information was listed in the state filing.
