Job seekers will have access to more than 10,000 employment opportunities on Thursday during a free job fair hosted by the Greater Brownsville Economic Development Corporation and the city of Brownsville.

The annual Careers & Coffee Job Expo will take place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Brownsville Events Center, 1 Events Center Blvd.

Organizers say the event will connect job seekers with employers across a range of industries and professional fields, with some participating companies conducting on-site interviews and potentially extending contingent job offers.

The expo is open to people entering the workforce, experienced professionals looking for new opportunities and those considering a career change.
