7 Brew Coffee is planning a new $1.25 million drive-thru location in McAllen, continuing the rapidly expanding coffee chain’s growth across the Rio Grande Valley.

The company plans to build a 510-square-foot, prefabricated coffee stand at 3601 N. 10th St., according to a new project filing with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation.

Construction is scheduled to begin Oct. 19 and be completed by Feb. 15, 2027.

Unlike a traditional coffee shop, the small footprint reflects 7 Brew’s drive-thru-focused business model. The company says its stands do not have indoor seating or a lobby, with a menu centered on coffee and espresso drinks along with energy drinks, teas, smoothies, and other beverages.
